I've been boxing up my reloading stuff in preparation for a move. Fun Fun.
I did that a couple of years ago and it seemed like an endless job. I don't envy you.
Still boxing up stuff for moving. We have closed a deal on a house!
Not in the loading room but an old working buddy and I melted about 100 pounds of stick-on wheelweights and cast them into ingots. Then we stamped permanent letters on them and about 700 clip-on ingots that we made 2 weeks ago.
I returned from the range, I went with one of my grandsons, sorted 32 S&W L, 38 Special, 357 Magnum 10 mm and 45 ACP into their respective containers until I am ready to clean them. Getting ready to start some 10 mm, handgun and AR 15. The weather is getting nicer so I hope to get out more.
Cast 357 bullets from the lead I scored lately, sized and lubed them. Loaded 357, 9mm and 45acp. Going to inventory (update my spreadsheet) my powder and primers. I came across more lead on two listings on Craigslist at a decent price of $1.50 per pound. Ingots were made from WW. But... I didn't buy any. My lead box is overflowing... One seller is looking to sell 2,000 pounds....
I loaded about 800 rounds of 380 and setting the up the machines to load some some 38 Special wadcutters and several different 10 mm loads, it is raining so a good day to be inside reloading.
We have moved into a new house and I have been granted one of the bedrooms for a loading room. So all I have done lately is unpack boxes and try to get organized again. I ordered and received a new chair, another table, a few sets of shelves and a book case. I do a little every day. Yesterday I spent the entire day unboxing stuff. More of that today! Y'all have a good one!
Well, all of my new furniture has arrived and I have got the new butcher block top installed on my old bench frame. I have got most of the die sets and tools on their shelves and 1 press mounted. I do a little, rest a little, do a little ..................!
Good to know that you are getting to the end and we will be able to share your reloading experiences with you again.
I have sent the last couple of days loading 9 mm. A fellow reloader in the area bought a Colt Trooper but didn't have any components so I gave him some brass and bullets to get started.
