I've had the same happen with kershaw. I broke the speed safe spring in one of my knives, emailed for a price, they said they'd send it free and even sent me a spare!
Now that is awesome service !!!

I've heard good things about RCBS customer service.
RCBS is a awesome company, never had an issue with them in 30+ yrs of reloading
And I just got it, they kept their promise!
