I know you can size 308s down to .243 but you have to neck turn the casings. I am wondering if you would have to neck turn 7mm-08s as they started out with a smaller neck diameter. 243s are not readily tossed away at most shooting ranges. There are a lot of people who need .243 casings. Buying them from retailers is expensive.
