Are you going to make your own black powder?

Are you going to make your own black powder?
Would that be illegal? Even if it wasn't I would hate for someone like the FBI think I might really be Achmed the Terrorist.

I can find books and videos on how to make bombs....doesn't make it legal.

But seriously, I wouldn't trust my ability to make consistant batches if it was legal.

Making your own black powder is dangerous, but it's not illegal.

not sure about local zoning laws,

but i would say your homeowners insurance company would not pay out after a Bo-Bo in the making process.

Making blackpowder indoors is not a good idea. Just do it in your back yard so if you have an accident it'll just damage a spot on your lawn and nothing in the house so there wouldn't be any need to get insurance involved.

Aww come on dudes, I won't even cast my own bullets! And I would STILL be afraid of large inconsistancies in small batches.
