Only needs, at this time, are 45-70. Will consider others per my sig line.

Not many needs-could use 7.7 Jap (non converted), Carcano, 54R, 8x57. My friend can use 45 LC & 25-35.

Does the purple stay on after tumbling? Wet or dry?

I understand wet processing easily removes the die. I haven't tried it, since I don't normally process and handload for handguns.
