There are techniques for fire forming some cases from something else more available.
And, there are a couple of guys out there who earn a living by making wild cats.
I recently bought some loaded ammo for an old french revolver from this guy:
http://www.gadcustomcartridges.com/
He did all the conversion work, loaded it with a safe load, and after it was fired, I had a good supply. The price was reasonable, but be prepared to wait. This is an older guy, and this is more like a hobby for him. It took a couple of months to get the ammo. But, that might be faster than looking and looking and looking endlessly for these obsolete calibers.
There's another place that has some oddball calibers:

They are in Canada, and not as easy to work with as you might like.
I also find some weird brass at http://www.buffaloarms.com
Hope that gives you some new leads.

Wildcat dies show up continously on ebay but there are so many that you may wait years for a particular one or maybe never. CH-4D seems to have the best reputation for more affordable specials.
Check out CHs site. The listing is very comprehensive and it is easy to find his prices.
Huntington.com has a lot of dies listed as well as some obscure brass.
