I don't think I've ever seen a 14-bore brass case anywhere at all, new production or otherwise, so that's going to be quite rare.

No, 14ga was indeed offered early on. Stevens 1888 and 1889 catalogs list 14ga

Try Rockey Mountain Cartridge, LLC as they did produce them at one time, otherwise I am out of suggestions except to check the British auction sites.
