You can convert 308 into 243, but depending on the head stamp you might need to turn the necks.

Which calibers do you want the most, 243 or 30-30?

I need both as I have less then 50 of either one. I guess I would prefer 243s though. Thanks for responding.

What condition is your brass in? Is it once fired, wet tumbled clean, inspected for cracks and dents or pink in color from dezincification or brown in color from corrosion or are they unknown range pickups that might have been reloaded a few times? Are any nickel plated and is the plating scratched, flaking or wearing off?

I am guessing my brass is once fired and dry tumbled I have looked it over and there are no cracked cases that I saw. They are clean and shiny. all 200 are marked F C head stamp.

I wasn't just asking about the 308 brass. I was asking about all of your brass and it's condition.

all of my 40 s & w, 9 mm, 38s and 308 have been tumbled. the rest is range pick ups I have only listed what has been cleaned up so far. I won't give out any brass that isn't clean and safe to reload. I am handicapped so it takes me a little extra time to get some of my brass to serviceable condition. I am interested in trading though.

    > 38-40 12 These are not reloadable but for hobbies only.

why do you say these are NOT reloadable?
    are they cracked or smashed?
    what is the headstamp?
are they aluminum cases (i.e. blazer)?
    are they balloon head boxer?

if they are useful to me I have 30-30 to trade.
    PM sent

Rick, I see you have received my brass package I sent to you. I am wondering if you are going to complete the trade? I haven't heard from you so I am simply asking at this time.

No , if anything I owe Rick an apology. I was just getting impatient and he was right in his dealings. We had a trade and everything went as planned. Thanks though for being concerned.
