Unhappy Life Sucks, And Then You Die

Last Saturday I was having severe pain in my left side lower chest area. I called my insurance on call doctor she said she was working the hospital, get thee to the nearest Urgent Care. Went in and had an x-ray. I know something was bad when they wanted a CT scan of my lungs. It seems I have a pleural effusion, probably from a fourth case of aspiration pneumonia I got in the last two years. They are sending me to a specialist that is probably going to stick a big honking needle in my pleural cavity and suck the juice out.

Don't that sound like fun? I'm already dreading the novicaine or whatever they will inject me with. Sounds like they might have to do it a couple of places to double the fun.

Sitting in the VA hospitalin Biloxi. They stuck some strange IV in my back and sucked out a big bottle of fluid out of my pleuro cavity. Now I'm wating to get it analized, which of course isn't going to happen on a weekend. So I am stuck in a hospital with no WIFI. Had to borrowed my brother's phone which has it's own WIFI hotspot feature to post this. What can I say, no WIFI sucks, being stabbed in the back sucks, hospital food totally sucks. Bored to tears, waiting to hear possible dreadful news of why my pleural cavity filled with fluid, with the big "C" word being mentioned here and there. I've already survived three cancers, am I trying for four?
Lets just say I'm feeling a bit low.

Well, this morning they said in the hospital that all the tests are not done, but anything they were testing for that would have kept me there turned out negative. So they sent me home this morning and I check back in to pulminary in two weeks.

    Ain't healthcare fun?

    Why you steal my saying??
Look at the bright side of things. You can still post, as opposed to being posted.
Feel better and get well soon.

VA Hospital, no weapons or ammunition allowed. They scared of the people they gave weapons to people who they once armed to defend this country for some reason.
aof course Diane Feinstein says don't let ANY vet own guns because they ALL have PTSD because they were insane enough to join the military in the first place.

Probably, she lives in her own world and should've been voted out decades ago...

Well gol dang it, I have yet another pneumonia. At least this time I caught it before pleural effusion stage, which it got to last time. That was a hospital stay, massive infusions of antibiotics. and draining a lung.

Crap isn't any better. Just got back from clinic with more antibiotics. Crap is keeping me down. I can't go shooting, I am almost too weak to do any reloading.
