Starting To Get Desparate For Some 8mm Mauser

I don't have a whole lot of rifle brass to trade. Some 30.06, .270, .308. Plenty of pistol brass in the usuals (9mm, .40 cal, .45 ACP. .38 spec, .357 Mag) If you want to get me me good ratios I have a bit of boxer primed 7.62X54R. I can be sweet talked out of some 10mm.

Just make the things, I convert those all the time. Thing is folks are hung up on head stamps. Seems the ones that are fussy with head stamps are the ones that wait the longest....

No, converting cases is NOT good when I shoot everything that I can convert it from. Don't need to be jacking an 8mm round into my 30.06 or .270. Which with the disorganization from me throwing unshot ammo into my range bag is probably gonna happen.

If I reloaded Berdan I wouldn't have needed help. But it's just too much a pain in the butt to extract the spent primers. And I think Powder Valley who had the Berdan primers was out of stock anyways.

I saw some berdan primers in stock at grafs.com, but that was a while back... Like a long while, so it's hard telling if they still have them.

Maybe if I sweeten the pot up a bit? Also have some 6.5X55 Swede cases to swap.

I have too many calibers that are about that size, like 30.06, .270, 7.7 Jap, 7.5 Swiss to want the wrong caliber headstamp on them. I would hate to jack the wrong sized case in the wrong rifle. I want 8mm what is stamped 8mm.

This is NOT the brass trading section of the forum. Please include your need for Mauser brass in your trading thread. This thread is closed!
