I can't vouch for current production of blanks-I'm guessing other loadings have a higher priorityI can confirm LC made them at least thru 2004.
I last physically witnessed 50BMG blanks in use in 2009 before I went overseas. There is no reason to believe current stocks aren't being used for training, today.
