    What the?!?!?

So I made it to the range today. Had a good time too. I picked up a bit of range brass, and when I was sorting it out, I noticed something on the inside of a 9mm case. Looks like a ring down inside the case. What's up with this?!? My first guess was something down in the case, but I think it's the case. Then I had the idea maybe it was +p or something, but it just says AMMO LOAD 9mm Luger. Never had that head stamp, so..? My loads are low enough, I don't think it would make too big a deal, but I don't plan to find out. It takes away from a small enough case. So what are your thoughts?

It probably came from freedom munitions. I've read where people had problems loading them.

Yeah, I've run across a few of them. I keep the powder charges light in them.

I am late to this tread, however I reload these just fine. This is actually a reinforcement to the case. I don't have any issues reloading and they seem to last just as long as the other cases I use. My 1.5 cents.
